Carnaval Caipirinha

  • 2 oz Leblon Cachaça
  • 3/4 oz. Dark rum
  • 1/2 oz. Passion fruit juice
  • 1/3 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1/4 Lime
  • 1/4 oz. simple syrup
  • Glass-Rocks
    Fresh squeeze the juice of quarter of a lime. Pour dark rum, passionate fruit juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup into a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and add Leblon Cachaça. Shake vigorously. Serve in a rocks glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
