Carnaval Caipirinha
- 2 oz Leblon Cachaça
- 3/4 oz. Dark rum
- 1/2 oz. Passion fruit juice
- 1/3 oz Pineapple juice
- 1/4 Lime
- 1/4 oz. simple syrup
- Glass-Rocks
Fresh squeeze the juice of quarter of a lime.
Pour dark rum, passionate fruit juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup into a shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice and add Leblon Cachaça.
Shake vigorously.
Serve in a rocks glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
