mistico caipirinha recipe
Mistico Caipirinha
- 2 oz Leblon Cachaça
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 oz. Tamarind concentrate
- 10 – 15 Rosemary leaves
- 1 1/2 oz. Ginger beer
- Glass-Rocks
Fresh squeeze the juice of half of a lemon.
Pour lemon juice, tamarind concentrate and rosemary leaves into a shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice and add Leblon Cachaça.
Shake vigorously.
Serve in a rocks glass.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
