raspberry bellini caipirinha recipe
Raspberry Bellini Caipirinha
- 2 oz Leblon Cachaça
- 6 Raspberries
- 2 tsp Superfine sugar or 1oz Simple Syrup
- Dash of lime juice
- Champagne – to top
- Glass-Flute
Muddle raspberries, superfine sugar and fresh lime juice in a shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice and add Leblon Cachaça.
Shake vigorously.
Strain into a champagne flute.
Top with champagne.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
