Raspberry Bellini Caipirinha

  • 2 oz Leblon Cachaça
  • 6 Raspberries
  • 2 tsp Superfine sugar or 1oz Simple Syrup
  • Dash of lime juice
  • Champagne – to top
  • Glass-Flute
    Muddle raspberries, superfine sugar and fresh lime juice in a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and add Leblon Cachaça. Shake vigorously. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with a mint sprig.
