Pineapple Infusion Caipirinha
Leblon Cachaça
- 1 750ml Bottle of Leblon Cachaça
- 1 Fresh pineapple
- 1 Delicious Apple
- Glass-Infusion Jar
Remove the rind of the pineapple and cut into large chunks (about 2 cups of pineapple chunks - include juice).
Cut the apple into chunks.
Place all fruit in the infusion Jar.
Add bottle of Leblon Cachaça.
Infuse for 2 days in the refrigerator.
To Serve
Pour three ounces of liquid from the infusion into a shaker.
Add ice.
Shake vigorously.
Serve in a rocks glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
