The Cabo Caipirinha
Leblon Cachaça
- 1 1/2 oz. Leblon Cachaça
- 1⁄2 oz. Fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. Cointreau
- 1⁄2 oz. Simple Syrup
- Salt for the glass
- Glass-Margarita
Fresh squeeze the juice of half of a lime.
Pour lime juice, Cointreau, simple syrup into a
shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice and add Leblon Cachaça.
Shake vigorously.
Rim the margarita glass with salt.
Serve in a margarita glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
